If you wish to order one of our publications by mail, please send an order form or letter stating which item(s) you want, number of copies, and a check for the item(s) including shipping. There will be a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for the first item. Add $1.00 shipping for each additional item. The fee covers the cost of mailing materials, shipping costs and handling.

If you wish to order a copy of a photograph, please include a signed copy of the GHS Photograph Purchase Agreement Form, which you can download and print using the button below.
Photo copies are on heavy stock and cost $10 each plus $2 shipping for one and $1 for each additional one.
